Job Scope

  • Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation
  • Follow recipes and food safety guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area and equipment
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
  • Support head chef and kitchen team in daily operations
  • Ensure timely preparation and plating of dishes

Job Requirement

  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Physical stamina for standing and lifting
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Attention to detail and quality standards
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Prior kitchen experience is an advantage (training provided)
