Job Scope
- •Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation
- •Follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- •Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area and equipment
- •Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- •Support head chef and kitchen team in daily operations
- •Ensure timely preparation and plating of dishes
Job Requirement
- •Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking
- •Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- •Physical stamina for standing and lifting
- •Team player with good communication skills
- •Attention to detail and quality standards
- •Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- •Prior kitchen experience is an advantage (training provided)
