Job Scope

• •Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation
• •Follow recipes and food safety guidelines
• •Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area and equipment
• •Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
• •Support head chef and kitchen team in daily operations
• •Ensure timely preparation and plating of dishes

Job Requirement

• •Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking
• •Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• •Physical stamina for standing and lifting
• •Team player with good communication skills
• •Attention to detail and quality standards
• •Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• •Prior kitchen experience is an advantage (training provided)
