Job Scope
- •Clear and polite communication with customers and team members
- •Providing a positive dining experience and resolving any issues
- •Efficiently managing multiple tables and task
- •Ensuring orders are accurate and service is seamless
- •Standing for long periods, carrying trays, and performing other physical tasks
- •Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
Job Requirement
- •Friendly, positive attitude with good customer service skills
- •Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members
- •Willingness to learn basic food & beverage preparation (coffee, drinks, light food)
- •Ability to take orders accurately and handle cash or POS systems
- •Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining area, counter, and work stations
- •Able to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours
- •Team player with a cooperative and respectful work attitude
- •Physically able to stand for long periods and carry light items
- •Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- •Prior café/F&B experience is an advantage (training provided for beginners)
