Job Scope

  • Clear and polite communication with customers and team members
  • Providing a positive dining experience and resolving any issues
  • Efficiently managing multiple tables and task
  • Ensuring orders are accurate and service is seamless
  • Standing for long periods, carrying trays, and performing other physical tasks
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirement

  • Friendly, positive attitude with good customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members
  • Willingness to learn basic food & beverage preparation (coffee, drinks, light food)
  • Ability to take orders accurately and handle cash or POS systems
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining area, counter, and work stations
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours
  • Team player with a cooperative and respectful work attitude
  • Physically able to stand for long periods and carry light items
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Prior café/F&B experience is an advantage (training provided for beginners)
